Born and raised in High Point, NC, Rob’s professional career naturally began in the furniture industry, where he received numerous sales awards including “New Sales Representative of the Year” and “Sales Representative of the Year” for Sealy, Inc., and the Simmons Company, respectively. After managing sales territories in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Arizona, Rob and his wife, Chelsea, came to Blowing Rock via Winston-Salem, where they each attended Wake Forest University for graduate school. Rob earned his MBA in 2003, while Chelsea completed her JD and is now practicing law with di Santi Watson Capua & Wilson in Boone, NC.
